Robert S. Marx papers, 1904-1974 (bulk 1914-1960).

Contains biographical sketches of Robert Marx; correspondence (including some with the Franklin D. and Eleanor Roosevelt); clippings; notes on his court cases; and materials concerning sports and no-fault automobile insurance. The collection also contains several scrapbooks concerning: World War I and the Disabled American Veterans, Woodrow Wilson's 1916 visit to Cincinnati, the 1920 presidential election, the American Legion's and the American Bar Association's trips to Europe, Marx' other trips to Europe and around the world, and William S. Marx and the Board of Public Safety. The collection primarily covers 1914 to 1960. In addition, it includes research correspondence and other items about Marx compiled by Charles Westheimer in the 1970s.
